Gospel Advocate is excited to close the book on outdated software and equipment!

The Gospel Advocate Company is gearing up to bring you a better shopping experience in 2020. There is no good time to make a transition of this magnitude. Knowing that, we chose this time to close our operations and make the transition, giving our staff the opportunity to share time with family and friends during the holiday season.

GA Co. will be closed beginning at noon CST on December 18, 2019 until early January 2020.

All sales operations must stop for a period of time during the closure. The web store, retail location, phone sales, and shipping will cease while the software and accounting systems are transitioned.

While we are incredibly sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you, our valued customer, we are incredibly excited about offering you better experiences in our retail location, online, and at off-site events.

The plan is to have all systems up and running in early January. Check here regularly for exact timing.

  • For questions about your orders, curriculum, returns, etc., please call our office as soon as possible to work out any details or concerns. 1-800-251-8446
  • We will not be shipping any products between Thursday, December 19, 2019, and January 1, 2020.
  • Currently, we are only accepting orders that can be picked up at our location or shipped by Wednesday, December 18, 2019.
  • Don’t be concerned about your orders for Spring curriculum. Our GA Plus standing order customers are in for a real treat. We’ll give you more information in the coming weeks. The Foundations and Horizons Spring 2020 studies of Hebrews are truly some of our best yet.

Please assess your needs for communion bread, communion cups, last-minute gifts, and other resources before Wednesday, December 18, 2019, so we can fill those orders for you.

Last but not least, we know there will be some unusual situations during this time period. Even though the retail location will be closed, the web store will be closed, and the phones will not be answered, a few of us will be working day and night to make this transition occur as quickly and seamlessly as possible. For urgent situations, please email or leave a message with details, and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

None of the above information relates to our subscription sales. All subscription questions, sales, and renewals will be handled without interruption. The subscription department will be  closed for the holidays on December 24–25, December 31 after noon, and January 1. For questions email us at subs@gospeladvocate.com
